All done tapping our bush!
Attended the 1st tapping ceremony hosted by the Ontario
Maple Syrup Producers Association at Deerhurst Resort on
Saturday, February 25th. This signals the start of the
maple syrup season and is a harbinger for the All Ontario
Maple Syrup Producers summer tour which will be hosted
in Muskoka.
And then the first sign of sap!
